The Lion performance is a cherished Chinese tradition usually performed by highly skilled kung Fu practitioners. it is believed that having the lions perform will bring you good luck and prosperity. Lion shows are extremely popular for Chinese New Year, weddings, birthdays and grand openings. We also have both Northern and Southern Lions.

Two performers are under each Lion accompanied by an ensemble including a drum, gong and cymbal players. The lion’s every movement has a specific musical rhythm where the gong and cymbal players follow the drum, and the drum follows the lion. Throughout the performance, the Lion will mimic various moods and demonstrate similar physical gestures allowing the Lion to look life-like.
